We truly got lucky with Damien. As first time buyers, we started the house search completely lost. Then we got a call from Damien setting up an appointment to tour a house we were interested in. We never were able to tour that said house since it sold the next week, but Damien was right next to us every step of the way. Honestly, we were probably not the best clients: we knew what we didn’t want but found it hard to pinpoint what we did want. We even jumped from Riverside county, LA county, to San Bernardino county. Damien was there every step asking questions, making sure we truly felt comfortable with the house. We never felt rushed or pushed aside. Five Stars. My wife and I highly recommend Damien Simon because he gets the job done very quickly. We discovered Damien through school because my wife taught his son. Just so happened that my daughter and son-in-law needed a house right away because their rental lease was no longer available. We were renting at the time also, so we decided to buy a house together, and Damien found us a house on top of a hill with great views in a couple of days. The real proof in the pudding is when he sold our 5-acre property in De Luz. Three previous real estate agents got no traction on it over the years and Damien sold it in two weeks. As a professional, he always stayed in constant contact through phone and text, so he was always available. If he was with another client on the phone or at a site, he got back to us as soon as that conversation was over. So he always had our interests front and center. Finally, we had some unique hiccups with our buying and selling. Nothing ever goes perfect as planned, but Damien always took things in a positive stride. Again, I think the thing that impressed us the most is just how quickly he got the jobs done, especially the selling of our property, because that just didn't seem like it would ever sell. Damien is great to work with. When we moved to Southern California we were looking in an area that was around 240 sq miles in area. Damien provide plenty of listing within that area and found new construction that met our needs and price. He was always on time for showings and advised us on the various areas we were looking at.
